1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Spicy Fortune website and related web services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree or are under 18, please do not use the Service.
2. Entertainment Purposes Only
Saju, astrology, fortune, and relationship content provided by Spicy Fortune is for entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, counseling, or other professional advice.
3. Paid Chili and Report Use
The Service may sell Chili, a prepaid digital item for opening fortune reports, through Payletter or another payment provider. 1 Chili costs $1.00 USD and is used to view one paid digital fortune report.
Purchased Chili can be used only inside Spicy Fortune. Chili cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, gift cards, prepaid cards, mobile payment value, or other cash-equivalent value, transferred, or resold. The Service does not offer games of chance, gambling, lottery, prizes, or cash rewards.
The use period for purchased Chili is within 1 year from the payment date. Unused Chili expires after that period. Chili purchase history, use history, remaining Chili, and expiration are shown in the Chili History page.
4. Refunds and Complaints
Refunds, when approved, are processed only through the original payment method/card. Cash refunds or cash-out of Chili are not provided.
All transaction responsibility, refunds, and complaints are handled by Waitcle. Complaint manager: KIM JI MIN / team@spicyfortune.com.
5. User Data and Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about reading inputs, payment processing information, security checks, and third-party service processing.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, design, and brand elements remain the property of Spicy Fortune and its licensors. Spicy Fortune provides its own or licensed fortune content and is not a marketplace or aggregator for third-party seller content. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes and must not copy, resell, scrape, bypass, or misuse the Service.
Review Chili
For Payletter review, internal QA, operational testing, or reviewer access, review Chili may be issued without real payment. Review Chili is not a paid product and has no cash value; it is not refundable, withdrawable, transferable, resellable, or exchangeable for cash-equivalent value.
Review Chili grants and uses are recorded in the Chili ledger, and per-user duplicate grant controls and balance caps may apply to prevent abuse.
Account, Security, and Purchase History
Paid report use and Chili history are tied to the Google account used to sign in. Users must keep their account secure and must not use another person's account or payment method without permission.
Chili balance, purchase history, use history, and report unlock records are managed through Cloud Functions and the Firestore ledger. Copying Firebase web app keys does not grant direct Firestore read or write access.
Bypassing the Service, automated abuse, ledger manipulation, or evading payment/report access controls may result in access limits, Chili cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.
