1. Product and Price
Spicy Fortune provides Chili, a prepaid digital item for fortune report use. 1 Chili costs $1.00 USD and one paid report uses 1 Chili.
2. Chili Use and Expiration
After payment approval, Chili is added to the user's Chili balance. The use period is within 1 year from the payment date, and unused Chili expires after that period.
3. Refundable Cases
We review refund or cancellation requests for unused purchased Chili, duplicate charges, clear payment errors, and paid Chili not being added after payment. Approved refunds are processed only through the original payment method/card.
4. Refund Limits
Chili already used for delivered digital reports is generally not refundable except where required by law or where the paid content was not delivered due to a confirmed technical error. Purchased Chili cannot be refunded in cash, cashed out, exchanged, transferred, or resold.
Review Chili Is Not Refundable
Review Chili issued without real payment is not subject to payment cancellation or refund. When operationally necessary or when abuse is suspected, the company may correct, reclaim, or restrict review Chili and related ledger records.
